CNAs help ensure patient comfort, safety, and wellbeing while assisting nurses with basic clinical tasks and documentation. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Help patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Measure and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Observe and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff. Provide support with feeding and hydration, including monitoring intake/output. Maintain clean, safe patient environments (bedmaking, cleaning equipment, etc.). Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
