Clinic Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and questions as they arise. Assist with the mobility of patients, including transferring them to beds or chairs safely. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to hygiene and safety protocols. Document patient care activities and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and patient satisfaction. Current certification as a Nurse Aide in the state of employment. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to assist patients with mobility and daily living activities in a respectful manner. Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care practices. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with various health care professionals. Willingness to adhere to safety and health regulations, including infection control protocols.
