Job Description:

Responsible for the provision of personal care services to the Hospice patient as needed, under the direction of the RN. Responsible for providing assistance and supportive understanding to the patient and family. Responsible for working as a member of the Hospice team in providing care within the guidelines of the IDG care plan.

Job Requirements:

Proof of Current Certification as a Nurse Aide in the state of Texas Graduate from an approved nurse's aide training and competency course. High School Diploma/ G.E.D Preference of 1-2 years experience as a nurse's aide. CPR Certification or completion within (3) months.
