Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. You will work in various settings, including nursing homes, hospitals, and home care environments, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients with diverse needs. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Help patients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients to enhance their quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Document patient care activities accurately in medical records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills: Experience working in a nursing home or similar setting. Familiarity with caring for individuals with disabilities. Background in medical-surgical nursing practices. Ability to provide home care services effectively. Experience working in a medical office environment. Strong understanding of aseptic techniques to prevent infection. Competence in measuring and recording vital signs accurately.
