Work Today, Get Paid Today•Daily Pay Available Competitive Pay Full-Time Day Shift Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Supportive Leadership Team Stable, Team-Oriented Work Environment What You'll DoMedical Records Support Assist with maintaining accurate and organized resident medical records File, scan, and organize clinical documentation Help ensure records are complete and readily available when needed Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge documentation Maintain confidentiality of resident information in accordance with HIPAA Communicate with nursing and other departments regarding documentation needs Assist with record requests and other Medical Records department responsibilities Help maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Resident Transportation Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations Assist residents with entering and exiting the facility vehicle Provide appropriate CNA assistance to residents during transportation as needed Coordinate transportation schedules with nursing staff and facility leadership Maintain required transportation documentation Ensure the facility vehicle is kept clean, organized, and ready for use Follow all facility transportation and resident safety procedures Provide residents with professional, compassionate assistance throughout appointments and transportation What We're Looking For Active CNA certification•
REQUIRED
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record•
REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred Medical Records or healthcare administrative experience is a plus Comfortable working with computers and electronic documentation Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable with a strong attendance record Ability to maintain resident confidentiality Compassionate and comfortable assisting seniors and individuals with mobility needs The Ideal Candidate This role is perfect for a CNA who is organized, personable, and enjoys variety.
