Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our senior clients in the comfort of their homes. You'll work closely with our care coordinators and families to support our clients' health, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation according to client preferences and care plans Monitor and record vital signs, report changes in health status to supervisors Assist with medication reminders and basic health-related tasks (in accordance with state regulations) Provide companionship and emotional support Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols Maintain clear documentation of services provided
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification Current CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 1+ years of experience in home care or a similar caregiving role (preferred) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, reliable, and committed to client dignity and independence
