Job Description
Hospice Care Team is in need of a Hospice Aide/CNA to join our team in the Brazoria County area! Working on a full-time basis, the Hospice Aide provides personal care of the terminally ill patient and performs related tasks in the patient's home according to the patient's Plan of Care.
Responsibilities:
Performing personal care needs after given a patient's assignment and attending to his/her requests promptly. Meeting the safety needs of a patient and using equipment safely and properly. Giving personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen as often as assigned.Qualifications:
