Job description: Provides assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers. Offers resident supervision and companionship. Assists residents with meals and hydration. Observes and reports changes in resident condition. Maintains accurate resident documentation. Performs residentrelated housekeeping and assists with daily activities. Protects resident dignity, privacy, and safety. Maintains a clean, calm, and safe residential environment. Follows individualized resident service/care plans. Adheres to Safe Haven policies, procedures, and infectioncontrol practices. Complies with all applicable assistedliving requirements.
Academic Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
One to three years of experience.
Certifications:
CNA certification.
Salary:
$18 per hour.
Background Requirements:
Employment offer is conditional upon passing a preemployment physical exam and drug screening. Must successfully complete an investigative background check. Employment and education verifications required. Reference checks required.
