Must be able to provide proof of auto insurance and have reliable transportation.
Work Location:
On the road [Lewisville area] Required to start at 6 am.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and personalized care to hospice patients Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support to patients and their families Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of patient care activities
Skills:
Experience in hospice care or a related healthcare setting is preferred Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (e.g., Kinsser) Understanding of senior care principles and practices Proficiency in assisting patients with activities of daily living Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and its proper use We are looking for a dedicated Hospice Aide to join our compassionate team.
