Certified Nursing Aides at Cheyenne Medical Lodge work directly on the floor assisting residents with daily living activities. This position focuses on delivering hands-on personal care and monitoring resident wellbeing throughout the shift. Aides work alongside charge nurses to ensure resident needs are met on time. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily personal hygiene, including bathing and dressing. Take and record resident vital signs accurately in daily charts. Respond promptly to call lights and help residents with safe transfers. Serve resident meals and assist those who require feeding support. Report changes in resident condition directly to the charge nurse on duty.
