You will assist residents with daily routines and mobility tasks while recording vital signs for the nursing team. Floor staff work directly alongside charge nurses and unit leadership during every shift. Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals according to individual care plans. Monitor vital signs, weight, and daily fluid intake, recording readings accurately in point-of-care software. Answer call lights promptly and assist residents with repositioning or transfers using proper equipment. Report physical or behavioral changes directly to the charge nurse on duty. Keep resident rooms tidy and maintain clean common care areas throughout the floor.

Starting at $18/hr, scaling upward with experience

Schedule:

12-Hr Shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
