You will assist residents with daily personal care routines and mobility needs on the unit. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene routines. Help residents transfer safely between beds and wheelchairs. Serve meals and assist residents who require eating assistance. Take and document basic vital signs during routine floor checks. Respond to call lights and notify floor nurses of status changes.
