Role:
As a CNA, you'll provide direct nursing care to our residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You'll work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your exceptional communication skills will help to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including personal care and vital sign monitoring Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support residents with mobility and transfers Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in mandatory in-service training and education programs Why Join Avir at

Exceptional Management Support Qualifications:
Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire Previous nursing facility experience preferred
