Overview:
- We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Your dedication and assistance will contribute significantly to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning
- Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- Support clients with dementia care, memory care, catheter care, and other specialized needs
- Lift and transfer clients safely when necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Skills:
- Experience in senior care, assisted living, caregiving, and home community care
- Ability to provide compassionate and personalized care to clients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and their families
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
