Cleaning CNA Full Job Description Job Title:

Certified Nurse Assistant/Aid CNA Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services including: dressing feeding toileting vital signs ambulation exercises Assist with recreational activities, Encouraging clients to join activities, Provide protective supervision, Document care provided to each client and report all changes both physical and mental to the nurse, and Embody the values of integrity, professional teamwork and compassionate service every day. Anything else that needs to be done Work front desk signing clients in and out Help with cleaning

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

CNA license (Preferred) CPR certification (training provided) Clear TB screening Driver's license Social Security card Orientation and on-going

Training:

Initial fire, disaster and evacuation procedure within the first 3 days of employment 18 hours of on the job training during the first 3 months of employment 12 hours of on the job training each year
