Certified Nurse Aides at Whitney Nursing & Rehab manage daily hands-on resident care and assist with transfers throughout the facility. Floor staff work directly alongside charge nurses to complete care rounds and keep resident care plans updated. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene. Perform safe resident transfers and positioning using proper lifting equipment. Respond promptly to call lights and assist floor teammates during heavy care rounds. Record care activities and vital signs in the electronic charting system before shift end. Communicate changes in resident health directly to the charge nurse on duty.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:

Starting at $18/hour, scaling upward with experience

Schedule:

12-hour shifts (6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM) on a rotating schedule with every other weekend off
