Memory Care CNA/Caregiver - Join Our Compassionate Senior Care Team Aspen Alcove at Clinton is looking for compassionate, dependable Memory Care CNAs and caregivers to join our growing team. What You'll Do As a Memory Care Aide , you'll work closely with our MedTech and care team to provide hands-on support and ensure our residents receive compassionate, individualized care throughout their day. Assist residents with all activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, mobility, and personal hygiene Assist the MedTech with resident showers and other hands-on care needs throughout the shift Provide meal assistance, including escorting residents to meals, meal setup, cueing, and hands-on feeding assistance when needed Provide patient, compassionate care to residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other forms of memory loss Use reassurance, redirection, and positive communication techniques to support residents experiencing confusion, anxiety, or behavioral changes Encourage residents to participate in activities, socialization, and meaningful engagement throughout the day Assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and other mobility needs while maintaining resident safety Monitor residents closely and promptly report physical, emotional, cognitive, or behavioral changes to the MedTech or nursing team Complete routine resident checks and accurately document care provided Follow individualized service and care plans to support each resident's unique needs and abilities Help maintain a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming Memory Care environment Communicate respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, and fellow team members Follow HIPAA, infection control, and facility safety procedures Participate in ongoing training and team development, including dementia and memory care education What We're Looking For CNA certification preferred, but not required Previous Memory Care, dementia care, assisted living, or caregiving experience is a plus MedTech experience is a plus Current CPR/BLS certification preferred Current Food Handler's Permit Compassionate, patient, dependable, and comfortable working with residents with varying levels of cognitive impairment Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to remain calm and use positive redirection when residents are confused, anxious, or experiencing behavioral symptoms Ability to safely assist residents with transfers, mobility, repositioning, and other physical care needs A genuine desire to help residents maintain dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life Why Join Our Team?
