CNA/Caregiver - Join Our Compassionate Senior Care Team Aspen Alcove at Clinton is looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs and caregivers to join our growing team. What You'll Do Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals Provide compassionate hands-on care while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and safety Monitor residents and report any physical, emotional, or behavioral changes to the nursing team Accurately document care and routine checks in resident records Support individualized care plans alongside nurses and other caregivers Build positive relationships with residents and their families through clear, caring communication Follow HIPAA and safety procedures to protect resident privacy and well-being Participate in ongoing training and team development opportunities What We're Looking For CNA certification preferred, but not required Medtech experience is a plus Current CPR/BLS certification preferred Current Food Handler's Permit Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and lifting as needed Why Join Our Team? Position Details Job Types:
Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Shift:
Morning Shift, 8-hour shifts available
Pay:
