Job Description

Cache Valley Assisted Living is looking for compassionate, fun, energetic individuals to join our caregiving team! We are hiring both CNA's and Med Techs for part time and full time positions for our NOC Shift and we have recently increased our wages!! Our NOC Shift CNA's receive an additional $1 more per hour and an additional $1 per hour during the weekends with our shift differentials!

Responsibilities:
Our Caregivers are responsible for caring for our elderly residents, assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADLs), documenting and notifying RCC and nurse of any changes or concerns in our residents' condition, as well as all duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills Self-Starter and able to work independently CNA Certification Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head Experience as CNA/Med Tech. Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner") Possess a love for the elderly Have a positive and compassionate attitude A background check is required for this position upon hire as well as food handlers permit, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB test.
