Our highly skilled team is committed to delivering the highest standard of care to our patients, their families and our colleagues in the communities we serve. Sequoia Hospice Care is seeking a CNA Hospice Aide to join our core interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering holistic, patient-centered care to the patients and families we serve. Strong clinical and communication skills, combined with genuine compassion, are essential in ensuring the highest quality of life as we support patients through their end-of-life journey. Responsibilities include providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance, as well as supporting mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety. The CNA Hospice Aide will assist with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence, observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse, and provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Additional responsibilities include:
following the established plan of care, documenting services accurately and in a timely manner, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support patient comfort and overall well-being.
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
