THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION

for the following dates: 12/15/2026 - 1/26/2027 PRN is available after the above listed dates. Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is vital in delivering high-quality care to individuals in a home setting. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Support patients with mobility needs, including transferring them safely from beds to wheelchairs. Administer medications as directed and ensure proper documentation of medication administration. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by completing household chores. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record. CPR and first aide certified. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families. Must be able to lift/assist with mobility. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining patient confidentiality.
