We are a close-knit group where providing our residents the best care possible is our #1 priority. We strive to improve the lives of our residents and their families, as well as our staff. We care about our CNAs and want to provide opportunities for them - which is why we have a "Nursing Tuition Reimbursement" program, where you can receive up to $500 a month (pre-tax) to go to nursing school. No contract required, but we do require that you work part time or full time, and finish your first 90-days with us to be eligible for this program. CNA Position Requirements:
An active CNA Certification, in good standing, issued by the state of Utah Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc. Able to make decisions independently when warranted Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
