CNAs coordinate and manage their own visit schedules Travel required: CNAs travel directly from one patient's home to the next Primary duties: Assisting patients with bathing and related personal care tasks Per-visit position — not hourly Position Overview Prospect Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home support to patients receiving home health services. This position primarily involves assisting patients with bathing and related personal care tasks as outlined in the patient's plan of care. Visits are typically approximately one hour. CNAs will travel directly from one patient's home to the next and are responsible for coordinating their own schedules based on their assigned patients and availability. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in a home-based setting. Responsibilities Assist patients with bathing and related personal care needs. Provide assistance with dressing, grooming, and other tasks directly associated with the bathing visit, as appropriate. Follow the patient's established plan of care and agency instructions. Observe and report any changes in the patient's condition or concerns to the supervising clinician. Maintain patient dignity, privacy, safety, and comfort during each visit. Complete required documentation accurately and timely after each visit. Communicate professionally with patients, families, and members of the clinical team. Travel independently between patient homes throughout the assigned service area. Coordinate and manage your own visit schedule. Communicate scheduling needs or changes with the agency as needed. Compensation & Schedule $40 per completed visit Visits are typically approximately 1 hour Flexible, self-managed scheduling CNAs coordinate their own schedules and travel between patient homes. This is a per-visit position, not an hourly position . Compensation for each completed visit includes the required documentation associated with the visit. Qualifications Current CNA license in Virginia Current CPR certification Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to travel between patient homes Dependable, compassionate, and professional Comfortable working independently in patients' homes Previous home health experience preferred, but not required
