Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor and record vital signs if included in the Plan of care Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and respectful environment. Document shift activities as they relate to the activities of daily living and meaningful engagement. Experience and Credential Prior experience working in home care or facility is highly desirable.
