Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide high-quality personal care and support to a female client. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living, running errands, and accompanying the client to medical appointments. The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and overnight hours, with an immediate start available. The ideal candidate will be attentive, reliable, and committed to enhancing the client's well-being and independence. Responsibilities Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Support with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Help the client with running errands and accompanying her to doctor appointments to ensure she receives necessary medical care. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote a positive environment. Monitor the client's health status and report any concerns or changes to healthcare professionals or family members promptly. Follow all safety protocols and care plans to ensure the client's safety and comfort during each shift. Experience Prior experience as a CNA or PCA is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary. Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings (8a-8p) and overnight shifts (8p-8a). Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for running errands and attending appointments. Must demonstrate a strong commitment to providing respectful and dignified care tailored to the client's needs. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
