- all 3 shifts; Memory Care and AL Nursing Asst / DIRECT CARE - Assisted Living Facility C.N.A. not required if proof of DCA or PCA or Nurse Aide training provided NEW!! Higher shift differential pay for Evening shift MUST have at least ONE of the following caregiving credentials. C.N.A. is one way to be qualified but is NOT required. (Experience NOT a substitute for DSS required credential.)
