Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide personalized memory care support, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) in a patient, compassionate manner. Document care, including vitals and behaviors, in resident records. Engage residents in specialized activities and routines to support memory and cognitive function. Collaborate with nursing staff to update care plans. Provides basic nursing and personal care and assistance to residents Knowledge and Skills Ability to interact with memory-care residents in a pleasant manner Knowledge and experience in dementia care required Knowledge of the general principles and practices of nursing For more than 50 years, we have been committed to creating a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive environment for every employee, resident, and guest. Requirements:

Minimum Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Current, unrestricted Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant Certification Experience in dementia, Alzheimer's, or specialized memory support settings. Certification in dementia training preferred
