In this role, you will assist with activities of daily living, support clients' health and well-being, administer medications as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of the care you provide. Job Responsibilities As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With LOVE, your responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Providing mobility assistance, including transferring, positioning, and supporting clients with ambulation Monitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in clients' health conditions and care needs Maintaining a clean and safe environment while reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care Promoting independence and enhancing clients' quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates should have: Virginia certification as a

CNA / HHA / PCA

Previous experience in home care or a long-term care setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, preferred Pay Rate $17-$20 per hour , depending on the type and duration of the shift.
