Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being. Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents. Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions. Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
