Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional personal care and support to individuals across various care settings. In this vital role, you will assist residents with daily activities, monitor their health and well-being, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, patient behavior, and overall condition; report changes promptly to healthcare staff Support medication administration following proper protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed Operate patient transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts and ensure safe manual handling during transfers Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Support residents with cognitive impairments by implementing care plans for dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory care needs Assist with transportation for appointments or community outings using personal or facility vehicles Follow all safety procedures including first aid, CPR certification requirements, and emergency response protocols Document observations accurately in care records while respecting residents' privacy and confidentiality Assist with bedbound clients Requirements Hours requested/available:
