The Ashleigh at Lansdowne is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team! What You'll Do Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with care plans. Observe and report changes in residents' condition, needs, or daily routines to support updates to their care plans. Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement. Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment for all residents. Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. What You'll Bring A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people. Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to make a difference in residents' lives. High school diploma or equivalent. CNA or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required. A team-focused mindset and willingness to grow within a supportive environment.
