You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and supporting the health and well-being of diverse populations. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Administer medications and injections safely following aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality. Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility assistance, tube feeding, ostomy care, and dementia or memory care. Skills Proven experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, behavioral health, or individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and infection control protocols. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate communication tailored to children, adults or those with disabilities. Knowledge of Workers' Compensation law related to occupational health cases; experience working within hospice & palliative medicine or long-term care settings preferred.
