We are growing and looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs who want consistent assignments and a supportive team. We are especially interested in caregivers seeking 8-12 hour shifts and up to 40 hours per week . Responsibilities Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting Provide mobility, transfer and ambulation assistance Assist with meals, hydration and feeding as needed Provide medication reminders Support clients with dementia and memory-related needs Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in the client's condition Maintain accurate care documentation Follow the individualized plan of care Qualifications Active Virginia CNA certification Reliable transportation Dependable and professional Comfortable providing hands-on personal care Strong communication skills Dementia and transfer experience preferred Ability to successfully complete required background and employment screening Why Maya?
