Overall Responsibilities As a PCA or CNA caregiver, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their own homes, helping them live safely and comfortably.

Daily responsibilities include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (ADLs) Mobility support, walking assistance, and safe transfers Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders Light housekeeping Companionship and emotional support Reporting any changes in client health or condition to the care team What You'll Need Hold an active PCA certificate or CNA license in Virginia Have and maintain a government-issued ID Social Security card Negative TB test or waiver (before first day of work) Successful background check CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
