In this role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, support their comfort and well-being, observe and report changes in condition, and help deliver exceptional resident-centered care. This position offers 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends. A current CNA certification and a commitment to providing outstanding care are required. Assist residents with baths, showers, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting. Bathe, groom, shave, dress, or drape residents to prepare them for treatment, or examination. Transport residents to treatment units, using a wheelchair or stretcher. Observe residents' conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output and vital signs, and report changes to professional staff. Perform clerical duties such as processing documents and detailing residents' condition.
