Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols Support patients with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents Document care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies and compliance standards Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teamsRequirements:
