We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at St. Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation. As an LNA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assisting with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and repositioning Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff Participating in individualized care planning and implementing interventions as needed Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and achieve positive outcomes Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident care and services About the
