HCA/CNA Caregiver

Position Overview This caregiver role plays a vital part in enhancing the daily lives of our clients. You'll work one-on-one with individuals in their homes, providing the support they need to live with comfort and confidence. Whether you're a seasoned professional or newer to caregiving, we welcome those with a caring heart and a strong sense of responsibility. A current CNA or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential is preferred, but we're happy to consider candidates willing to obtain certification. Responsibilities Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist with safe mobility and transfers Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space Foster engagement through conversation and social activities Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism Genuine compassion and a commitment to client well-being CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it) Why Work With No Worries Care?
