Assisted Living Client | 4-Hour Paid Blocks AffordCare Home Care is looking for a reliable, calm, and professional caregiver to provide transportation and companion support for a client living in an assisted living community in the Bothell, WA area. Position Details You will pick the client up at their assisted living community, drive them to the appointment, wait/support them during the visit, and return them home. Total time for the full trip (drive + appointment + return) is typically about 2 hours . The client pays for a 4-hour block each time, so you are paid for the full 4 hours. This is a straightforward, well-paid transportation + companion shift with consistent opportunity for the right caregiver. Responsibilities Safely transport the client to and from appointments Provide calm companionship and light assistance as needed during the outing Remain professional and attentive throughout the full booked time Communicate clearly with the family and AffordCare team Complete simple shift notes after each visit Requirements Valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record Current car insurance (required) Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition (mileage reimbursed) Punctual, patient, and respectful Comfortable working with older adults in assisted living settings Current CNA or HCA + background check Schedule & Compensation Appointment-based (usually 4-hour paid blocks) Bothell / North King County area Competitive private-pay rate + mileage reimbursement About AffordCare We are a boutique private-pay home care agency serving King & Pierce Counties.
