Requirements Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) recognized by the state or relevant licensing authority. Experience operating EMR/EHR systems preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper lifting practices and manual handling equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Excellent caregiver communication skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining resident confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
