Job Description

Provides direct and indirect resident care activities under the direction of RN or LPN. Assists patients with activities of daily living. Provides for personal care, comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for assigned patients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Able to read and write Basic English, other languages preferred as well. Graduate of Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Washington State License for Certified Nursing Assistant. One year long term care experience preferred and/or educational preparation in needs of the disabled or elderly. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis. Current CPR card.
Shift:
Part Time Variable Day Shift, 6am-2:30pm, rotating weekends, 0.6
FTE SALARY:
$23.51 - $37.57/hour DOE Benefits include the following for full-time and part-time employees: Medical, Dental and Vision, 414(h) plan Mandated Retirement Contribution, 414(h) Employer Mandated Pension Contributions part time & full time employees eligible after 6 months of service & 520 hours, Optional 457 (b) retirement contributions, Employer paid life insurance, Employer paid long term disability, EAP, PTO accrual (0.032695/hr) increasing after first year, Paid Sick Leave PSL accrual (0.025/hr worked Extended Illness Insurance accrual (0.031/hr) and Paid Holidays.
