- Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
- Assist with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom, eating, and mobilizing
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
- Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) in the state of Washington
- 1+ year of experience in long-term care or home health care
- Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
