Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Caregiver to provide exceptional personal care and support to individuals in various care settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized memory or hospice care. As a vital member of our caregiving team, you will promote independence, dignity, and comfort through attentive, personalized assistance. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate medical documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Support medication administration following proper protocols and home healthcare regulations Provide specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments in memory or hospice care settings Utilize patient transfer methods including Hoyer lifts and proper body mechanics to ensure safety during mobility assistance Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of privacy and professionalism Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment for clients Requirements Valid CNA certification with current licensure; prior experience in assisted living or nursing home environments highly preferred Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or geriatrics Knowledge of medical terminology, catheter care, end-of-life care, and basic life support (BLS) including CPR certification Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient information and medical records Ability to work independently and as part of a team in home health or community care settings Physical stamina for heavy lifting, patient transfers, and long shifts; ability to perform patient personal care assistance safely Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams Compliance with all home health care regulations and standards for patient safety and confidentiality Join our team to provide heartfelt caregiving that enriches lives! Shifts needed:
Dayshift FRI-SUN 7am-3pm Swingshift FRI-SUN 3pm-11pm)
Nightshift:
FRI-SUN (11pm-7am) Will be hiring out 2 people for either 2 12 hour shifts or 3 people for the 3 shifts listed above.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
