Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join our team. Position available on our 2PM - 10PM shift. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities Deliver direct care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs. Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, ensuring timely communication of any changes to the administrative team. Support residents with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or behavioral health conditions by providing compassionate engagement and maintaining safety protocols. Administer medications and treatments following established procedures while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Operate electronic health record systems to document patient information meticulously and maintain accurate medical records.
