CNAs support the mission, vision, guiding principles, and standards of behavior of AHC while assisting nursing staff with patient care activities, coordinating services, and responding promptly to patient needs. CNAs provide a wide range of services including patient assistance, vital sign monitoring, documentation, unit organization, customer reception, and support of daily nursing operations. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to support high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
