Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities and tasks as directed by the employer
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and heart rate
- Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and lifting, as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals under your care
Skills:
MUST BE CBRF or PCW Certified
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of home care procedures and techniques
- Ability to perform basic medical tasks, such as taking vital signs and administering first aid
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly living environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals under your care
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from the employer or healthcare professionals
Hours:
Friday to Sunday Days
- 8am to 8pm Nights
- 8pm to 8am Weekday shift available 8am-8pm (2) Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the employer.
