Day and Night Shifts Pay:

CNA:

Provide compassionate support with activities of daily living-including grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, and feeding-while respecting each resident's dignity and following their individualized plan of care. Complete daily assignments thoroughly and promptly, including additional tasks such as wheelchair cleaning and delivering refreshments. Monitor and promptly report any changes in resident conditions or behavior to the team leader. Conduct yourself professionally, following common courtesy, delivering great customer service, and sticking to the Three Pillars Standards of Conduct.

CNA Requirements:

Active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Must be at least 16 years of age Basic computer skills, including electronic health records systems Ability to meet the physical demands of the position as outlined in the job description.
