Memory Care Caregiver:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility while promoting independence and dignity Monitor and report changes in resident conditions; maintain accurate documentation for care plans, medications, and daily activities Support meal service, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean, safe environment Engage residents in meaningful activities and social programs to enhance quality of life

Memory Care Caregiver Requirements:
