Job Summary:
Rock River Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at our Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin facility. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with registered nurses and other members of the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, in a dignified and compassionate manner Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to registered nurses and other healthcare staff Perform vital signs and other clinical evaluations as needed Assist with range of motion exercises, transfers, and other therapeutic activities Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and medications administered Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans Provide emotional support and social interaction to residents Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols About the
