Full Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday; days with rare PM's. Grow your career as a Regional Clinic Team Leader and provide leadership for a department/business unit aligned with Bellin's strategic priorities of growth, effectiveness, efficiency, and engagement. This role is responsible for driving operational and strategic goals, promoting safety and quality improvement, and fostering the development of team members within a collaborative environment. As a change agent, you will support Bellin Health System's vision, mission, and strategies while helping advance performance across the brand and service delivery structure

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred; post 7/1/17 Bachelor's degree required. Three to five years of demonstrated competency in a clinical or business leadership role. Why Emplify Health by Bellin?
